Due to the nature of consulting services, fees paid for completed services are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Cancellation of a service before work has commenced
  • Failure on our part to deliver agreed services

3. Cancellations Before Service Delivery

If a client cancels a service before any consulting work has started, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on administrative or preparation costs already incurred.

4. Ongoing Projects

For ongoing or milestone-based projects, refunds will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Completed consultations, delivered reports, and advisory sessions are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued through the original payment method where applicable.
