At Stout Ground Consultants, we value the time and commitment of our clients and ensure clear and fair engagement terms. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which consulting sessions, meetings, and project engagements may be rescheduled or cancelled.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to maintain flexibility while ensuring efficient service delivery to all clients.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients are requested to provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of scheduled consultations. This helps us manage availability and accommodate other clients effectively.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to rescheduling delays or administrative fees depending on the nature of the engagement.

3. No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered forfeited and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

4. Project-Based Engagements

For ongoing consulting projects, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific service agreement signed at the commencement of the engagement.
